Same here. I have almost convinced myself the drooling masses made a mark next to her name on their ballot because it was the only one they recognized from the media coverage.

They didn't remember WHY she was in the news, just that they knew the name.

Man, I wish I could believe that. But I think the truth is that the majority of people who voted for Bachmann did it for abortion, or JEE-zus, or hatred and mistrust of librul faggits. Maybe some people did it for general Republican alliance, or whatever, but I basically think they're mostly jerkoffs. I try to find common values with people across the spectrum when I'm feeling nice, but I find it really hard to do so with people who voted to RE-elect Bachmann.
