I see a lot of emails these days about how pernicious Barack Obama is. That's the main line of personal attack and I'm weary of it. So here's something you can stick in an email and send around to all your conservative so called friends. These friends of yours don't give a SHIT about this country. They don't care AT ALL. They have no regard for the truth even though they claim to. So give em a taste of the piles and piles of manure they've been forcefuckingfeeding us for almost forty years.

Yeah? YEAH?? Forward this to your so called friends. I'm so sick of the lies and disgusting shamelessness of people who are pampered and upheld by the oil elites, and who give money by the fistful to men who already have 95% of the wealth in this world, who lie and send young men and women to die to add a few percentage points to their bottom line. They can dish it out, and most of it is exaggerations or outright lies. Can they take it? Can they take the TRUTH? Let's find out...

1. John McCain violated the Military Code of Conduct
The Military code has six very clear and plain articles. Members of the military pledge to share no information and answer questions with only their name rank and serial number. In John McCain's own words he took actions which violated this code. These are his OWN WORDS

McCain called for an officer on his fourth day of captivity. He told the officer, "O.K., I'll give you military information if you will take me to the hospital." -U.S. News and World Report, May 14, 1973 article written by former POW John McCain

"Eventually, I gave them my ship's name and squadron number, and confirmed that my target had been the power plant." Page 193-194, Faith of My Fathers by John McCain.

Nov. 9, 1967 in U.S. government documents obtained through the freedom of information act there are clippings of the Hanoi press which quotes John McCain giving specific military information.

"To a question of the correspondent, McCain answered: 'My assignment to the Oriskany, I told myself, was due to serious losses in pilots, which were sustained by this aircraft carrier (due to its raids on the North Vietnam territory - VNA) and which necessitated replacements. From 10 to 12 pilots were transferred like me from the Forrestal to the Oriskany. Before I was shot down, we had made several sorties. Altogether, I made about 23 flights over North Vietnam.'"

In that report, McCain was quoted describing the number of aircraft in his flight, information about rescue ships, and the order of which his attack was supposed to take place.

2. John McCain calls himself a war criminal on national television.

On 60 Minutes in 1997 John McCain said "I am a war criminal. I bombed innocent women and children." These are his OWN WORDS

3. A Band of Brothers stands with McCain but he votes against them.

John McCain surrounds his campaign with veterans and honors the men who paid high prices for their country. But when a new GI Bill came up, John McCain voted against it because it was "too generous" to our veterans.

4. John McCain defends his health but also receives a disability pension.

Despite being 72 years old, John McCain says he is in excellent health. If he is in excellent health why did his financial disclosures indicate $58,358 in a disability pension from the Navy? He is legitimately disabled, having suffered serious injury in his crash. But apparently John McCain is not too disabled to serve as commander in chief of a military that pays him almost $60,000 tax free... for being disabled?

5. John McCain broke faith with his disabled wife and divorced her.

Carol McCain was a famous beauty and a successful swimwear model. When John McCain returned to America in 1973, he discovered his wife had been disfigured in a car crash on Christmas Eve, 1969. Her pelvis and one arm were shattered by the impact and she suffered massive internal injuries. When Carol was discharged from hospital after six months of life-saving surgery, the prognosis was bleak. In order to save her legs, surgeons cut away huge sections of shattered bone, taking with it her tall, willowy figure. She was confined to a wheelchair and was forced to use a catheter.

Carol eventually walked again. But when John McCain came home from Vietnam, she had gained a lot of weight. By the time John McCain met Cindy Hensley at a cocktail party in 1979 he had already been cheating on Carol for years. He divorced her for Cindy within a year.

Carol, now in her 70s, limps around awkwardly, and her body is held together by screws and metal plates. She claims she still adores John.

6. John McCain doesn't care about the man who rescued him and wished him nothing but well.
Mai Van On was a Vietnamese villager who pulled John McCain out of the lake after he ejected from his crashing dive bomber. In McCain's own words "A crowd of several hundred Vietnamese gathered around me as I lay dazed before them, shouting wildly at me, stripping my clothes off, spitting on me, kicking and striking me repeatedly." Mai Van On defended John McCain, even when the crowd wanted to kick and stab him.

Mai Van On wrote John McCain a letter saying "I am the guy who pulled you out of the lake and I have followed your progress over the years. I wish the best for you and your family and I hope some day you will be president of the United States." McCain's office wrote back "Mr McCain isn't interested in these fanciful stories."

When they finally met later, John McCain said "Thank you very much" and gave Mai Van On a senate seal souvenir you can buy in the senate gift shop. No mention was made of Mai Van On in John McCain's book. When Mai Van On died in 2006, messages were sent to McCain's office requesting condolences for the family but there was no response. Mai Van On's widow said "Please help us to remind Mr McCain what my husband did. Just a few words will be enough to let the family know that he is grateful." McCain ignored the family of Mai Van On.

----------

Obama says he's not going to attack John McCain's personal life. He feels candidate's personal lives are off limits. Well, maybe Obama is a better man than I am, with more spine and backbone, who deserves to be president.

But the sad truth is, John McCain has made the details of his personal history an important part of his campaign. The details like those above are part and parcel why he thinks he should be president. The people who think Barack Obama should not be president say lies about him all the time. They're given a free pass to say as many lies as they want. Instead of lies, I've shown you six truths about John McCain's judgment and above all his character.

Maybe you should ask yourself: do you trust, honor, and believe in a man who violated the code he claims to hold dear? Do you trust, honor, and believe in a man who thinks benefits for other men who served like him are too generous? Do you trust, honor, and believe in a man who wants to be commander in chief so bad he expects you to ignore that the same military considers him disabled enough to pay fifty-eight thousand dollars a year tax free? Do you trust, honor, and believe in a man who gave up on his disabled wife for a pretty young gal with four hundred million dollars? Will you vote for a man who remembers other men's prison camp stories as his own but ignores the real ordinary people who helped him in the utmost time of need?

A lot of people have tried to accuse various presidents of crimes over the years. And those presidents usually deny them, whether small or large. But I don't know any U.S. president in history who says in his own words he was a war criminal. Do you really want to have one now?

Forward to anyone who loves this country and needs to hear the TRUTH.

God Bless America,
Jon
