Spinach (at last!), 2.5 oz. sprouts, 1/4 avocado, 1/2 red pepper, 3/16 c. sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup dried mixed fruit. Dressed with brianna's rich santa fe (no fat!) dressing.

Morroccan chickpeas, tomatos and pasta (normally use couscous, but used those teeny pasta balls) Leann is a formidable cook when she has a recipe.
8 lowfat pringles. You didn't think this was going to be junk food free, did you? it should be but those damn pringles are from the Devil. 8 of them only amounts to about 3.5 grams of fat and less than 100 calories. Acceptable risk. Until tomorrow morning.

Stunning salad. Stunning. Huge mouthfuls of spinach stopped my nagging hunger absolutely dead in its tracks. Took the edge right off. Ha! Gimme manganese, baby, it'll drop them every time. Who can stand against if manganese is for us?
