Next year I move up to a higher pto accrual rate and I'll earn 4.5 weeks of vacation time, 22.995 days.
Also, our company offers paid parental leave--for mothers and fathers, birth or adoption.
Plus we usually celebrate about 9 holidays. Plus a floating holiday.
That's pretty sweet.
