apocalyptic visions monday!!

Putin believes Iran is not building a bomb. Bush will lie us into war against Iran (calling it World War Three in his threats last week) to "stop them" from building this bomb. The incident leading to this will happen next year and cause the suspension of elections--due to war time etc. Then either Putin will get Russia into this war for a bloody apocalyptic three-way OR Putin will offer to lend aid to our own generals for a coup. Coup complete, the corporate mob in U.S. will recognize the fine work done by strongman Putin on behalf of the plain ol' Russian mob in his own country and will ask for a consultation on getting a piece of that corrupt action locally. The two old superpowers will rejoice in a new life as "free market" gangster states. Russian middle class and post-soviet lifestyles will spread more rapidly than Indian or Japanese pop culture did (which were really more available to teenagers, pop stars, and the upper middle class anyway). Due to an increase in the popularity of eating smoked whitefish, this prophecy you are reading now will generally go unnoticed. What will happen is that I will be incorrectly hailed for being "into smoked fish before it was cool."
