I've not been a time junky, but certainly an election one. Here's my current favorite site for a fix: Electoral-Vote.com. It's a meta poll that tracks electoral vote count.
Then there's this item from the AP:

Ia! Ia! Cthulhu fhtagn!
Hail Eris. etc. etc.
