That soup idea Stefan had was really quite good. I was a bit surprised he didn't just slice the gator meat thinly and quickly grill it on high-heat with some simple seasoning and serve it with a vinaigrette.

Still, I'm a bit miffed how this season appeared to turn out.

Either the editors really let the audience down or the judges did. I know Carla let herself down by following Casey's lead so blindly on those last two dishes but, really, several of the eliminations just seemed ... contrived and wrong.
