okay, when you hear on the news that "contractors" are killed in Iraq, maybe you didn't know this, or maybe it didn't sink in, but they're not talking about contractors like the guy you hire to build that addition over your garage or to do some kind of rebuilding effort on wartorn iraq. by "contractors" they mean hired guns. Like bodyguards and... soldiers of fortune.
Who the hell is paying for this do you suppose? I wish I'd gotten more back with my tax refund, that's for sure.
Oh, I'm especially fond of the graphic with the goggles and the head-to-toe black-wrapped men with machine guns... "in support of freedom and democracy everywhere!"
Indeed.
This explains quite clearly in mind why the SecDef only ordered 6 combat divisions into this fucking war, when congress authorized up to 8. Obviously someone needed some dollars tossed their way. Perhaps someone who spent $32M on lobbying and $12M on campaign contributions to Republicans. Someone like the leading private military firms. GRRRRRRRRR!
Viva Revolucion!
