The best damned phyllo/potato/lentil "special" I've ever had. Phyllo really makes you look good because it cooks up so purty. Lentils may be one of God's perfect foods. Meaty, but with their own taste and texture, full of good stuff. Yay

sugar free red bull, Diet Mountain Dew Code Red (I should be a fricking copy writer: "live by the code, diet by the code" there you go Madison Avenue, first one's free), water (even more than Saturday)

45 min. walk. Tonight we walked like crazy, really fast for 30 minutes and then cooled down for 15. I laid out for Leann "my program". The fitness plan.

Okay, it's really long view:
For six months at least, walk once a day.

In Spring 2004, start walking twice a day.

Also in spring 2004, start "activities". Instead of exercise for its own sake, more outdoor and active activities for fun. Definitely lots of DDR because I'll be better positioned for it. But not as "exercise", instead, just as a way of *being* more active. Hiking, swimming, boating, climbing. I really want to go climbing.

Then in fall 2004, start additional true exercise regime. Maybe a gym membership where I do serious aerobics 3 times per week. Anyway, a more set-in-stone group of exercises with like lap swimming, treadmill, stationary bike/glide/weird humping motion, weights. On top of walking twice daily.

Do that for a year. Start really lightly for 12 weeks. 20 minutes. Then step up the pace for 6 months to like 40 minutes. Then the last 3 months at least 1 hour of dedicated, serious workout 3-4 times weekly.
But under all this, throughout all this, is walking 30-75 minutes twice daily.

That gets me to fall 2005. That's like 2.5 years. I'll need to re-evaluate, see how I'm doing, etc. BUT...

The plan is to start Running *instead of walking* in Spring 2006.
