Actually, I DO support reparations

Well, here's the real deal, take no prisoners, pie in the sky pinko liberal notion that is so divisive you won't respect me in the morning: I have for some time felt that reparations sounds like a reasonable idea.
I hadn't considered the business/bottom line case for them, however. In a recent Q&A at diversityinc, Luke Visconti makes a very reasoned argument in favor of reparations for slavery. I link to it here, not to convince you--you've probably already made up your mind and have a number of very passionate feelings about it pro or anti.
