I believe you may be correct. Does that make Gotham and Star City 1 & 2? Or ...?

Anyway, I'm skeptical to think it's "too small", if a 20 foot greenscreen is big enough for Coruscant, Minneapolis + CGI is probably plenty big. I'm just a big homer, a booster of our skyline.
